Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Trendy Lady. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.

Please note that the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@trendyladyhub.com. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Trendy Lady, 123 Main Street, Anytown, USA.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
